Due to the confidentiality agreements that exist between our company and lenders who trust us with the disposition of these assets, we require investors to register for off-market offerings. These properties are not listed on any public listing services such as Loopnet or CoStar.
To access our off-market offerings, prospects must enter into a non-exclusive Buyers Representation Agreement. A Non-Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement addresses only the off-market properties that Z Miami Commercial procures for the prospect.
